Amber is a junior studying Finance and focusing on Personal Financial Planning. She hopes to work in Wealth Management upon graduation and make a meaningful impact on people’s lives by helping them achieve financial security. Originally from a rural town in Arkansas, Amber feels at home in the outdoors. She’s an avid snowboarder in the winter and likes hiking with friends when it’s warm.
Madi is a junior studying Finance. She believes that WIF is a great opportunity to meet other young women who are passionate about finance and develop a career support system through the club. She is currently interning at Liberty Mutual Investments as a Global Fixed Income Summer Analyst, which she earned through the Girls Who Invest Summer Intensive Program.
Gaby is a senior studying Finance. She is studying for the CFA Level 1 Exam and is exploring careers related to equity research and valuation. Gaby believes that WIF is a wonderful place to connect with industry leaders and students with similar interests. For fun, she enjoys running, yoga, lifting, and learning philosophy.
Stella is a junior studying Accounting and Finance on the Personal Financial Planning track. She is currently a first-year Student Engagement & Gamification Intern at CU. After she graduates, she aspires to work in Wealth Management to help people reach their financial goals, while also creating meaningful relationships and a comfortable environment for her clients. Stella was born and raised in the city of Chicago and loves taking advantage of all that it has to offer. She is so excited for this upcoming year with Women in Finance and can’t wait to empower young women to thrive in the finance industry!
Makena is a junior studying Finance and Accounting. She's originally from Wayzata Minnesota and loves spending time outside and on the lake with her friends and family. She is unsure of her plans post-graduation but she is excited to continue to help this club thrive at Boulder and guide and empower other women who also have a passion for finance.
